Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped very quickly, same day or next business day, but may take up to 2 full business days once payment is confirmed. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) – $12.99 flat rate
• USPS Priority Mail 2-Day Shipping – $7 flat rate
• Free Shipping on orders over $100 (via USPS Priority Mail)

Additionally, we offer Express Shipping for overnight delivery at an extra cost. Please select this option during checkout for expedited service.

Refunds & Returns

We stand behind all our products with a industry exclusive 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange for a return and refund. It’s that simple. Please note emails indicating products were used for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our return or refund policy.

Products Eligible for Refunds:

• Any product that has not been opened or used – NOT to include discontinued product
• A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials).

This guarantee applies for 60 days and begins from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange – but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Notes:

• All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved in advance – please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA.
• We will provide you with a pre-paid label – we believe that customers should not have to pay to to get an exchange or refund.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible – usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return.
